At this level, learners have a strong command of English and can use the language flexibly and effectively for professional, academic, and social purposes. They can understand complex texts, grasp implicit meanings, and communicate fluently without much hesitation. Their vocabulary is extensive, and they are able to use idiomatic expressions naturally.

• Listening & Speaking: Can understand long and complex discussions, even when spoken quickly. They can express themselves fluently and adapt their tone and register to different situations.
• Reading & Writing: Can analyze complex arguments, read professional reports, and write detailed academic or business texts.

Example Situations:
